Help Getting Off Chase Banking Blacklist
Hello, I’ll give a quick rundown of the situation I’m in. Back in November 2025 I disputed some purchases from an order I never received. Couple of days later I got a letter in the mail saying Chase was ending my banking relationship because of those claims. While I do still maintain a credit card relationship with them I desperately want to get the banking relationship back with Chase. And yes I know, I can take my business elsewhere, but I genuinely loved Chase, there’s a Chase bank walking distance from my house. There’s always a Chase bank wherever I travel here in the US, also I did have an account at Wells Fargo and they were awful, so was Huntington bank. I do have an account at my local credit union but they definitely aren’t Chase. I currently have a citigold Private client account but I would rather have that money at JP Morgan Private client and my banking relationship mostly be at Chase/JP Morgan. Please if there’s anyone who could help or tell me who to talk to I’ll be grateful appreciate it. Thank you!!
