My first 911 and just wow
Just got my first 911 a 2014 991.1 CS4 with 57k miles PDK with CPO. I really was looking for a manual Cayman and 911 and it was a very difficult search.
This popped up at my local Porsche dealer which I know the owner very well. One text message and a test drive and I fell in love. What a machine. I choose the 991 due to naturally aspirated flat 6 with minimal technology.

Interested in 2014 Cayman S 71k miles
Looking at a 2014 Cayman S with the options added below. I know they are adding new tires. There is a 3 year period on the Carfax that has no history on it and 23k miles were added. Porsche CPO with 2 years and unlimited miles.
Dealer wants $62k and the options added on the car are below. I know the owner of the dealer the GM said they will mark down to $57,500. I was thinking more like $44-$50 looking on BAT and FB. One of my customers has been a Porsche Dealer in NV and said their price is over valued because they are in a hot SoCal market, however my assessment is fair and on point. Below are the options and totals of the options.

Thoughts on this 2009 FJ
I currently have a 2018 LX with a full Overlanding set up.
Looking to buy this 2009 FJ, after seeing a post on FB from someone in my neighborhood.
It has been sitting outside in the Nevada sun for about 2 years. Apparent sun damage on weather stripping on most areas. Interior is in mint condition, the engine bay did have some critter activity nesting in it as you can see nuts. Window washer fluid container is cracked. Wiper blades dried out, rock puncture on windshield, hood has a few dings. Undercarriage is mint with no rust.
Guy want $10k I told him $5k-$5,500 with all the fixes and with the Evap System leak.
Thoughts?
