So, I'm one of them crazy fools who have been quite enjoying this game from day one and continue to enjoy the updates. However, one thing I've never liked is how the AI reacts to their own actions. Forward settle me? Do espionage against me? That shouldn't be a reason to hate on me. I think the game should have options when you have those things happen for how you react - use it as a diplomatic opportunity where say you have three options - one that is pleasant and could potentially be a diplomatic bonus (maybe at the cost of influence), one that is neutral and causes some diplomatic loss, and maybe one that gains you influence, but makes a big diplomatic incident out of things.

It just takes me out of the game when I'm trying to maintain a peaceful situation and the AI gets angry at me because of the AI's actions.

I am not looking for people to pile on AEW here, or to just get an echo chamber, and I'm genuinely trying to figure how to phrase without it reading like an attack. But, basically I am looking for folks who are genuinely AEW fans and can help me understand a perspective. There are two moments that really bothered me. Sexual assault with Toni Storm shoving her face into Mercedes Mone's crotch during a match . Then there was the moment when Megan Bayne and Harley Cameron competing for the attention of a 10-year-old boy, which felt really icky. Those moments really haven't stuck well with me and I'm curious how AEW fans feel about them and if there is something I'm missing because I've been trying to enjoy the product, but stuff like that (and my admitted predisposition against death matches) is making it difficult.

Edit: Genuinely confused by the folks who thumbing this down, I know I've had thumbs up since reddit flags it, but an equal number of thumbs down. I wanted to engage in a conversation over concerns I had that were preventing me from becoming a fan - what was it that make you basically boo that idea?

Right over by Kiante's, had a woman today basically get into the face of my sister, her partner, and me today as we were just trying to walk downtown. Challenging us with the question of if we were locals and then getting very aggressive and following us. Just a head's up for those walking around that she might still be about.
