Packet loss / lag
any advice I have spectrum and just can’t stop lagging in games. I am on lan and my neighbor isn’t lagging even though we have the same equipment and everything.

I swear I have a good connection but everytime I try to play games (on lan) or watch YouTube (WiFi) I just lag. I have a spectrum router and modem. I tried to get a better router as I think that may be the issue but that only brought more trouble. Plz help I just wanna game.

AITA
I play a small home game with some of my buddies, it’s a very unserious game as most home games are just a small 50c / 50c game. At the start of the night one of my friends fliped over 5/3 s for bottom 2 pair. The opponent fliped over k/8 off for just a pair of kings on a paired board thus he wins. I as well as my friends didn’t notice it was paired til a couple of seconds after. The friend was cool and gave up the pot. Later in the night we had a all in for close to a 150$ pot where it was a Straight vs a full house. When we finally notice that we made the same mistake as before a different person refused to pay cause he didn’t say his hand instantly. Am I the asshole for not inviting the guy because he won’t pay?
