Class Help

I have only ever really played as a priest in WoW Classic. I started in HC with a buddy, he rolled warrior and I played priest. We made it up to 47 before dying. When TBC came out we rolled the characters over into the TBC PvE server and carried on, doing all the pre-TBC raids, getting maxed PvP points before launch, running the new TBC raids and getting weekly arena cap. I really, really enjoyed priest. For PvE and PvP it feels really impactful being strong healer. The BG grind before TBC I felt like I could single handedly make the difference between our team winning or losing a lot of the fights, and in Arena obviously all 3 have to pull their weight.

My plan for Forever was therefore to roll a priest. I did so initially, took it up to 20 and enjoyed it.

Then I decided to try a warrior. I have never played a melee class before, but I have tanked for a couple of seasons as Helena on Fellowship and enjoyed the role. Leading the way, choosing the pulls, being able to push the group as hard as possible (I find dungeons more fun where pulls are scary).

I really enjoyed it! I took him up to 30 and loved the open world content and the dungeon tanking. I've been playing prot.

Finally hit 30 and got hyped to get in to BG's to try it out. It's been awful. I've had 2x games where I was able to find a healer to stick with and they were fun - otherwise it's just banging my head against a wall.

So now I'm not sure! I love PvP and will definitely be doing a lot of it late game. I also am now getting tempted to try and hunter because it feels like they must be having so much fun in BG's. I know how to position well from playing Priest, and being able to just stand and free fire looks like easy mode.

That's it really. Any thoughts or advice from players who have played all the classes would be welcome. I am hoping that Warrior at 60 has the tools to have fun in a BG without needing a dedicated support, but just looking through the talent tree I don't really see any. Does it get better?

Enduro Day Out in Wales

I'm organising a day out to do trail riding with a group of old friends.

Most of us are experienced road riders, but I don't think any of us have any real off-road experience.

A few in the group are thinking about bringing partners who have ridden before, but are not super experienced and will likely lack confidence.

There are going to be 10+ of us altogether. I'm wondering if anybody has had good experiences with companies in Wales who might be able to accommodate us?

In an ideal world we would have 2x guides with us, 1x for the more confident riders and then 1x for those who need a bit more time. That way we could crack on, potentially doing some pissing about along the way - and the rear guard wont feel bad/guilty for slowing anyone down.
