Anyone recognize this kind of vintage fishing rod?

Has a cork and wood handle. All one price except where you can unscrew the handle from the main rod portion. Not sure if it’s actually wood,bamboo or not but it kind of has a wood type look. I don’t see any markings but maybe at the top of the handle there was something that was rubbed/scratched off?

Makers mark?

I can’t tell if it’s LCY or LCT maybe 1CT or messed up 2 with CT. I bought it cuz I thought I saw a CT and thought it stood for carat but it was all gunked up. I cleaned it up and I love the ring but every time I look at the stamp I see something else lol. Any ideas?
