Your feedback on Ram’s to a prospective buyer?

Looking for what honest feedback long-term Ram owners would give to their family and friends. I’m searching 2009-2018 Rams, and maybe even some 2019 and newer depending on price. Likely getting a truck with 80k - 115k miles.

I’m a Toyota guy. They’ve always done me really good and no major issues. I’m wondering what to expect with a Ram such as:

Long-term reliability?
What to watch out for?
Certain years to prefer?
Do you recommend it?

Thanks in advance

Quick! 1 hour timer. Take this trade for George Pickens?

SF 10-team PPR.

I finished 2nd last year and made upgrades this offseason. Im contending and looking to add a piece to make my chances better. I was offered Pickens just now, is this a good price? I’m aware he didn’t report to voluntary practice today but it’s not mandatory yet. We afraid of a hold out?

Picks are very likely to be late. My current team in the picture.

The Parker Washington owner won the league last year and I placed 2nd. He has Bijan as his RB1, Josh Jacobs as RB2, then after that is Jaylen Warren and players that are currently not relevant.

PW seems like he’ll either remain on the bench or an occasional flex for him. Currently sitting on the bench.

I’d like to pick him up given how he finished last year and is only 24 years old. In a vacuum PW is way more valuable than Brian Robinson but it gives him insurance and he’s 1 injury away from being in a sticky RB situation.

Him and I are the heavy hitters again this year and I expect to see him in the playoffs. Even if this trade gives me the better player, is it foolish to give him the RB insurance?

10-team PPR Superflex. I’m contending this year (2nd last season)

My team before the trade in the 2nd picture. It was the first thing I saw when I woke up and I smashed accept before my eyes were fully open. I’m not high on MHJ short term but the long term upside seems worth the gamble

I finished 2nd last year and made offseason upgrades so I expect my 2027 1st to be around 1.07 or later. Is BTJ worth the gamble? I offered a 2028 1st and it hasn’t been accepted. He sounded like he would take a 2027 though.

My QB’s are Hurts, Nix, Geno, and Watson. I’d like to get another QB that has at least 5+ years of prime minimum. I’m looking at Shough and maybe Goff. Otherwise I’d plan to draft a QB in 2027/2028 but I’ve made moves to go all in this year and have in my biased opinion the strongest team. Finished 2nd last year with most PF.

Do we believe in Shough and is it better to give a 28 1st for him now, or see what I can get in the 27/28 draft?

Superflex 10 team PPR.

Finished 2nd place last year and want to set myself up to go for the win this year and next. I’m feeling good about my roster but am always interested in making improvements when possible. QB depth is my weak spot but I don’t feel terrible about it since Geno got some upgraded weapons in the draft. I’ve considered going after Shough and offering picks.

Dynasty superflex PPR.

I’d be trading away hurts and Amon Ra. My roster is, Hurts - CMC - KW9 - Ja’marr - Amon Ra - T Kraft - Kyren - Sutton - Nix.

Noteworthy bench players are Addison - Godwin - Gainwell - Corum - Doubs - Gadsden - Charbonnet - Geno - Watson

Grew up in Bradenton near Parrish and moved away 5 years ago. Sure enough I miss it and want to get back to the area and Parrish has changed a lot. Seems to be great value for the homes and is close to my people still.

What neighborhoods or areas should I look? Will be me, wife, kiddo, and dog. We like getting out of the house for restaurants, live music, drinks, outdoors, working out, etc. Schools are important and most seem decent there.

We looked at NRR and like it. Not big on new builds but it looks very nice with some great amenities. Anyone have experience with builders and neighborhoods there?

Oh, would be nice to be able to store a 22’ boat on property so any recommendations with HOAs that allow that would be great.

Thanks in advance!
