im wondering if people with OSDD1b have emotional amnesia or fogginess between switching or if there is just 0 amnesia there.

It would be a lot easier for everyone. I don't tic like he does, I can get his work done, I don't feel the pain he does for the people he constantly thinks about and has been hurt by. Putting him away would be easier. I don't know why I am saying this really.
If this breaks the rules then I apologise and it can be removed.

my alters dont feel real, ithink we all struggle with the depersonalisation/derealisation, its like sometimes even though they are in front they cant see, sometimes its still me seeing. its like all my senses are muddled up and split up a bit

i dont know why these are here. i dont know why i have these alters. if they dont feel real theyll probably just go away again right? im not quite sure. i need therapy, and i also need advice but i dont know who to talk to or research.
i also just dont know what they or we can do to feel more real and in tune with our environment
