*Back in 2019 I was in hospital for a couple of months and gave the watch to my brother, who consequently got this band. But I was not able to find the name again. It is black, but if you look closer it has all kinds of colors in it.
Are you also guilty band collectors or rather someone who finds one band and sticks to it? 😄
I (F30) have oily skin.
Skin Care Routine
AM: Paula’s Choice Advanced Sun Protection Daily Moisturizer (I do not wash my face as it seems to dry out my skin quite a lot and thus it produces even more oil)
PM: CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser > Tret 0.05% on face + Trif 0.005% on back, arms and chest
I started tret on May 17th. Initially, I applied it every three days, after two weeks every other day, and after another two weeks every night. I had no issues whatsoever with dry patches or irritation, any my skin immediately started to overall look better.
Initially, I did the sandwich method, where I applied the Laneige Water Bank, then tret, and then again the Laneige Water Bank. In the morning I would apply the Tatcha moisturizer. I wanted to be on the safe side and avoid the dry skin patches I got with trifarotene in the past.
In fact, I have been using trifarotene since 2019. I got it prescribed for both face and body, but gave up on it for my face after I keep having peeling skin and crazy irritations. Even though it did not work for my face, it has always been working wonderfully for my body. So I am still using it on my chest, back, and upper arms.
I read in multiple comments about people suggesting to just go with tret and no moisturizer. So I tried it and it worked. I thus started skipping my moisturizers.
Unfortunately, I am also a dumb skin picker and I don’t seem to be able to stop touching my skin. Since starting tret, scarring got so much worse while the healing period is way longer. It does still not stop me from trying to pop them.
Now I was wondering: can purging start after 7 weeks, or is the daily use I started not long ago giving me issues? I still don’t have irritations or overly dry skin. I also never changed any products I put on my skin.
I would like to post a picture of my skin, but you wouldn’t be able to see anything except for everywhere I picked my skin. (Would also appreciate some suggestions on how to stop picking).
Thank you in advance for your help! 🤗
I guess my car deserves a nice view too
For people who have a printed PopSocket Kindle case: is it matte?
I have the transparent one, but it gets filthy so fast (mainly with handcreams). So I was wondering if I would be struggling the same with a printed one.
Thank you so much for any replies 🤗
So happy I randomly stumbled over this. I remember when they released Fitness+ you were able to stream the workout to your TV, but no stats from your watch would show up. So I basically only used iPads for my workouts.
If there is someone like me out there, absolutely not up to date, here you go 😊
Have a nice rest of the week and some good workouts 🤗
