I will be starting Zepbound in a few days and wondering if anybody started the injections who was already at a SW of 190? And, how did it go?

I am 40M and my girlfriend is 40F. We met online in December 2024 and made it official January 2025. When we got together she told me that she was still legally married, but they haven’t been romantically involved in several years. She said the thing that is holding up the divorce is that he owes taxes and she does not want to be responsible for paying them. His name is still on the lease and he was staying there frequently when we first started dating, but now he doesn’t really sleep there, but his stuff is still there and he can come and go as he pleases. They also have two kids together and she doesn’t want him to try to file for full custody, so he doesn’t know about me. He probably knows she’s seeing someone, but he doesn’t know who I am. I have never been over to their house, she rarely post me on social media because his family members follow her. She has been in other relationships prior to ours in the same situation and still not divorced. How long should I wait around to see if the divorce happens?
