Germany needs workers, urgent. There are a lot of jobs to be done and we can't always invite people from africa or vietnam or stuff.
Americans do need to work, too, and in germany, they don't need to cook meth if they have to go to the hospital, it would be a win win, despite that, americans and germans usually both talk english. So no big deal?

Alkimia is an upcoming Server consisting of continents and big bodies of water inbetween. It's currently in the v. 1.0 testrun, open for everyone who is interested. Be aware, nothing you build here might be permanent, maybe i'll delete this world, maybe not, we'll see.
I'm currently testing and adjusting plugins and datapacks, getting to know the do's and don'ts of hosting a server, etc.

the server itself will mostly be empty, because i can only work on it for a few hours a day, so don't you be surprised.
So i'm about to start a new Minecraft server, never done this before and don't really have experience. I'm willing to learn tho and thus needing a bit of advice.
For those with up to max 64 players, how much do you pay on a monthly basis for all you need?
Do you, who have a rented server, download plugins yourself and put those in the map or stuff? Or are plugins always directly installed into a server?
3.If they are on the server, how would you move to another server without losing configurations?
Nether and end worlds can be made and added later on, and uploaded, right?
Permanent discussion, i know, but what would y'all suggest? Paper, spigot, bukkit, etc.?
I want to create a smp with custom recipies, alchemy, continents and vast oceans, hard mobs, claims.
I am on my way to understanding datapacks. Git one on my test map, that reduces ore generation.
