The lady we’ve been dealing with at Subaru of America is not only being no help, but incredibly rude. She’s claiming it’s our fault and that it would be impossible for this to happen without driving it around for extended periods while it’s overheating. Which is simply not true.

What are my options here? Can I escalate this further? The dealership told us to request an engineer to come look at it, but the lady is refusing and being rude about it.
