I mailed my SF 3106 in the middle of April, and the certified receipt shows it was picked up on 4/21. As of my last calling (5/14), OPM still hadn't logged it into their system. However, this morning I show a letter from OPM in my Informed Delivery. Any ideas on what this might be? So far as I'm aware, OPM doesn't acknowledge receipt of the application other than by telephone. Could they be reaching out this early in the process for missing information, etc?
