Looks like I'll be getting the remainder of my shares in the eREIT (merged from West Coast fund) in a few days. They redeemed a little less than 1/3 of my shares in July, and the rest show as a pending transaction for this month. Glad to see the back of that dog.
I mailed my SF 3106 in the middle of April, and the certified receipt shows it was picked up on 4/21. As of my last calling (5/14), OPM still hadn't logged it into their system. However, this morning I show a letter from OPM in my Informed Delivery. Any ideas on what this might be? So far as I'm aware, OPM doesn't acknowledge receipt of the application other than by telephone. Could they be reaching out this early in the process for missing information, etc?
