Mobile chat app

I'm looking for a chat app. I need a free mobile chat app where two people can hold multiple separate conversations simultaneously. I've tried several apps (Viber, WhatsApp, Teams, Messenger), but none of them allow creating a two-person group. I'd prefer free apps where the profile is linked to an email address or an account, rather than a phone number. Ideally, a well-known app, or at least a secure one, would be best. Could you recommend any?

What was your first Game Jam like?

Which Game Jam did you participate in for the very first time? Did you manage to finish your game on time? How many bugs did it have? What place did you achieve? (If it was a ranked jam.) What did you learn from it? Did you enjoy it? I'm interested in everyone's stories!

This post was inspired by the fact that the voting for my very first Game Jam just ended today, and surprisingly, my game didn't end up at the bottom of the rankings but somewhere in the middle, which is pretty good for a first completed game. (I was already happy just to have finished it.) I received a lot of kind and supportive comments, and I feel that this alone will help me a lot with my future projects. I also really enjoyed trying other people's games and experiencing how differently everyone interpreted the same theme.

Working code vs. clean code

Ever since I started working with Godot, I usually pick a smaller idea that I want to implement and then work on it. Generally, when I finish them, I find that it works, but someone else has made it cleaner, better, more optimized, or just simpler. I'm curious about your opinion — do you think working code is enough, or is cleaner code always necessary? Do you maybe have an interesting or instructive story related to this?
