Another day, another SaaS am I right ?

Been working on this as a hobby project for a while now and I think it's finally at a point where I want real people to poke at it.

It's called LightInsight, the short version is: employees lie on surveys. because they're scared. Scared their manager will recognize their writing style, their timing, their opinion. So they write what's safe instead of what's true.

LightInsight is built around fixing that. Anonymous by architecture, no IP tracking, no fingerprinting, no timestamps that could out a night owl. Just honest answers.

The target audience is HR managers or founders running small teams (under 50 people) but honestly if you've ever filled out a pointless "engagement survey" at work and written something polite instead of something real, you'll get why this exists.

If you happen to be an HR manager or small team owner, hi 👋 how are you doing :3, I'd genuinely love to know: would you actually use something like this? What would make you trust it enough to send it to your team?

And for everyone else, try it, break it, tell me what's confusing or ugly or missing. I'll read every single comment.

I can't be the only one who noticed the declining quality of the milk recently, and I'm not talking compared to 10 years ago, I'm talking about the last months.

We once had 6 delice milk cartons and when we opened the first one, we can taste the cow, it had a strong barny aftertaste, so we throwed the whole cartons.

So now we try to avoid delice and we get natilait most of the time, but their milk seems artificial, it's so watery and you can see something if off, it's like they tried to make milk from scratch and they failed spectacularly.

I don't know exactly what I wanted when I chose to make a post about it, I guess I just want to know did anyone else experience this, or are we just unlucky?

what do y'all think, my gut is telling me it'll only get worse from here
