Okay obviously I'm sure there's plenty of you who are fans of the music in the show. I'm talking about Lestat's music and his band specifically, but even during the promos for it when I heard the songs the first thing I thought was 'Wow, this is absolutely HORRENDOUS..', and it was just something I learned to enjoy with a sort of tongue in cheek vibe to it even if ultimately I thought the music was just completely god awful entirely.

I'm sure there's plenty of fans of that over the top glam rock hairband style he falls into for some strange reason, but I think on the whole it's a little insufferable and cheesy and just... cringe. The opening credits theme song is a good example.

Though it dawned on me earlier today why that is, and I think it was completely intetional.

Why do I think that? Well, specifically because of the plot point of how when Lestat decides to re-record the whole album after that dark night of the soul car crash etc when he sits down and writes that deep soulful silencing ballad then tries to let the rest of the band go because they just won't be able to go in the direction he wants to now under the reasoning 'It's not for your ears, it's for ours.'.

Well... I think that goes for the rest of his music as well- in so much as how it lands on our, the viewers' ears, and perhaps that's also why he's not attaining the mass appeal he thinks he deserves. He's writing music for vampires. Not humans.

It's not for our ears, and that's why if you and I find it intentionally grating, off-putting, cheesey, cringe, insufferable, obnoxious and all those other things that's precisely why.

It's not for human ears.

Anywho I could be completely off the mark here, already trodding over already established ground, or I stumbled onto some keen observation lolol, but the pieces all seem to fall into place for that lil theory to make total sense to me, and even if I'm wrong that's gonna be my own personal head-cannon from here on out ha ha. :)

Seriously I'm getting a little tired of you all telling me what my experience in Diamond tier is like. No matter what I say it's always 'they're tricking you into taking shitty offers' 'you're not making any money' 'you're chasing a meaningless good boy badge' and so on and so forth etc etc etc.

Alright, bet, so if you REALLY feel that way then put your money where your mouth is. If you're so convinced and want everyone else to feel and think the same then buck up and put something real behind those words.

That is of course unless you're too afraid to do anything but be butthurt and talk out of your ass lol. :P

So I'm not left handed, but I do food delivery on my scooter practically every night and as a result I've developed some CMC issues that thankfully haven't progressed to full blown arthritis yet so to give my right hand a rest I was thinking about installing a left handed throttle to my L2 Max but I can't seem to find one out there with the two buttons that will work with the display etc.

Can anybody help me out here?

Okay so it needs to have velcro instead of zippers ( most important feature ). One of those clips that connects the two shoulder straps across your chest. And 3 it has to either be 16 inches long or be expandable to 16 inches for carrying large pizzas.

Yes I googled it already and obviously no I couldn't find what I need there.

So can anybody point me in the right direction? :)

So I want to get a little more range out of my L2 than I current am getting. I do Uber Eats delivery on it and a lot of times I barely have enough left to get home after a good 4 or 5 hour shift. ( the trek back is at least 4 miles ) and yeah I want to see if I can upgrade the battery a little instead of having to buy something a bit beefier like the DT2 pro or something.

I know I can't just shove a high powered battery in there because of the controler or something like that but there has to be some room for an upgrade, even if that only means an extra 5 or so miles because that extra 5 would often be the difference between me cruising home or having to walk a good half hour or so rolling a 70lb scooter along with me at the end of the night when I'm already worn TF out lol. :)

Yeah I know no one can give me a specific answer, but I've gotten 2 in as many weeks for things that were completely beyond my control. Nor do I even remember which deliveries they even were to begin with.

I really don't want to get effin deactivated over shit like this.

But how many can you get in a certain amount of time before they cancel you? :P
