Hey everyone,

I’m planning a motorcycle trip from Stuttgart, Germany to Istanbul from September 20 to October 13 and I’m looking for other riders who might want to join for the whole trip or just part of the route.

My current route is roughly:

Stuttgart → Split → Mostar → Sarajevo → Belgrade → Sofia → Istanbul

For the return trip, I’m thinking about taking a ferry from Turkey/Greece towards Italy and then riding back north through Italy.

I’m currently planning to travel solo, but I’d be happy to meet other riders along the way or ride together for a few days.

I’m flexible regarding the exact route and stops, so if you’re traveling through the Balkans or towards Istanbul around the same time, feel free to message me.

Also interested in recommendations for good motorcycle-friendly ferry connections back towards Italy.

Hallo zusammen,

ich plane aktuell eine Motorradreise von Stuttgart nach Istanbul.

Meine bisher geplante Route:

Split (Kroatien) → Mostar und Sarajevo (Bosnien) → Belgrad (Serbien) → Sofia (Bulgarien) → Istanbul (Türkei)

Für die Rückreise würde ich gerne mit der Fähre Richtung Italien fahren.

Zeitraum: 20.09.–14.10.

1. Gibt es vielleicht eine Reisegruppe oder einzelne Motorradfahrer, die im selben Zeitraum auf einer ähnlichen Strecke unterwegs sind? Aktuell würde ich alleine reisen.

2. Welche Fährverbindungen könnt ihr für die Rückreise mit dem Motorrad von der Türkei nach Norditalien empfehlen?

Über Tipps, Erfahrungen oder auch Mitfahrer würde ich mich freuen.
