[Help] Looking for ways to "Level Up" a park birthday party for an 8 year old

As my son has a late October birthday, we have been taking advantage of the nice weather and have had park Birthday parties the last 2 years. I would like to do the same again this year (because they are so easy) but my wife is worried my son will get bored of the same ole same ole. I was thinking that maybe we could hire a magician (non clown) to potentially add some excitement or maybe have someone come out and teach the kids some stuff with legos.

Does anyone have any experience hiring a professional to come to a birthday party to liven things up? We have done a mobile petting zoo in the past, but I think they are too old for that (8). Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Dealership is offering me $15k for my 2016 Honda Civic EX with 50k miles, should I take it?

Thinking about upgrading to a Honda Civic Sport Hybrid and bought my current civic new 10 years ago. Is now a good time to buy? Wondering if the resale value of my car will fall off a cliff after 10 years. Have been thinking about going hybrid for a while. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Any recommendations on where to watch the USA game this Friday with my son?

I am in pretty central Austin (Allendale) and I am thinking of taking my 7 year old son out of camp early Friday to watch the USA-Australia match. We could easily watch it at home, but thinking it might be fun to watch it with a crowd. Anyone have any recommendations that might not be too crowded? I was kind of thinking Ozs taphouse, but not sure if there are any other good options. Wont probably be able to get there until near kick-off, so I don't want any place that will be too crowded. Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

IT Project Manager considering CTCM. Is this a good idea?

I have been working with the state for over 5 years in Project Management and I have always had a lot of engagement with the contract process. Putting the contract together, evaluating vendor proposals, and then holding vendors to the terms of the contract. Would it be good for me to take the next step and go ahead and get my CTCM? Also, would this be a good credential to maintain if I am going to stay with the state long-term?
