Seems like every chain is dropping the ball in at least one category of quality, portion size, cost or service. Some places like Houston's/Hillstone's, Cheesecake Factory, Culver's are able to maintain, but no place is getting better.

In the 4 NBA Finals games there have been wild point swings. This points to a broken system that needs fixing.

My recommendation because the NBA is a high scoring game is they should play 5 sets like tennis. Maybe 10 minutes per set. They should also play to a point total at the end so you don't get end of game shenanigans.
