Are the feds actually going to be able to collect tens of thousands of guns by 10/30, or do we think the amnesty's getting extended?
Around 67K declared their firearms for the buyback and apparently they haven't started collecting yet.
With just over 5 months to go and a whole slew of law enforcement refusing to lift a finger to help, they're not actually going to get this done by 10/30, are they?
(I know the SCC could grant an injunction to extend it because they're agreed to hear the CCFR's case, but I'm referring to the complete lack of progress on the buyback itself as the deadline approaches.)
