Go to fast food items when on the go that fit your macros?

As a gym goer who gets fast food from time to time, I've found it hardest to find macro friendly options at McDonald's compared to other fast food joints. That is until they added the ELITE menu item--the McCrispy strips! If I'm craving some McDonald's... like truly. I'll order a 3 piece McCrispy strips (350cal/30p/17f/18c), a small fry (230 cal/3p/11f/29c), and a Diet Coke. Totaling 580 calories, 33 G protein, 28 g fat, and 47 carbs. Sure--would love the protein to be a little higher, but it's McDonald's after all... and I live in America, so I'm sure the portions are huge compared to a lot of other Micky D's (for example, I've gone to McDonalds in London and the large size is pretty much the in between of a small/medium in the U.S.).

What are your go to macro friendly (ish) options you guys go for when you guys go out to eat or get a quick drive through order?

Smart Scales!

Hey fellow pals on their weightloss journeys! I know I'm not the only one here on this thread that uses a smart scale to weigh in! I was using the RENPHO brand smart scale for months and although I do like it, the bluetooth for the app was messing with my bluetooth activity on my phone and my music was coming out like a skipped CD on my car stereo and in my headphones. Did anyone else have that issue? Since deleting the app and switching to a new smart scale (Etekcity--I really like it and no longer have the bluetooth problem with my music skipping) -- But how accurate are these smart scales, really? I'm down almost 100 lbs and I just am not sure how accurate I should be taking these measurements on the smart scales.

Any career changers from the early childhood industry?

Hey Guys! What are we doing for career switches out of the early childhood field? I've been in this field for 10 years now and I am completely burned out. Mostly, I'm burned out from the admin at my school--this has been a really TOUGH year. I teach pre-K. What did you guys get into to switch careers? I have a Bachelors Degree in Education and I am Director I certified. I'm wondering if it'a the actual job that's burning me out, or if it's the admin honestly. I love the kiddos--I'm just so so drained recently and unhappy with where I'm at. I make around 64k yearly and I would like to at least stay in that range or more. Also currently living in MA!
