If I want to train all my muscles with as few exercises as possible, which should I choose?

Because I have limited time and am naturally lazy, I want to set it up to make it as likely as possible for me to keep going. Consistency over perfection.

I have been using the 80/20 rule; 80 percent of the results with 20% of the work.

Now, due to travel, I am switching from lifting iron to using bands with a platform and bar.

Here is what I have been doing with iron.

  1. dead-lifts,
  2. 30% incline overhead bench press,
  3. squats, and
  4. dumbbell rows

2x a week; one hour each, to target most major muscles as efficiently as possible. Consistency and efficiency over perfection.

I want to continue building strength, size, and frame.

Any tips when switching to bands? Which exercises?

I want simple over complicated, short rather than long, anything that will encourage me to keep going consistently.

No one else was ever worse than 8th in PPG

Interestingly, there was a 23 run of top 10 defenses winning from 1983-2006. Post-2006, there have been SEVEN mediocre or just plain bad defenses (by PPG) to have won it all.
