Would there be any interest in a series of posts or videos, showing you my tips and tricks for longevity in diary writing on games like TEW?

Too often, diaries begin with a lot of hype, a great opening post, an amazing first show - and then fizzle out after a couple of weeks.

I've been writing diaries for 15 years (14 projects I think), and they've all gone at least six months in game, with most going over a year.

I use a few unique tactics to help achieve this, to overcome writer's block (which happens regularly), etc.

Hello everyone, come and check out my CornellVerse TEW IX diary series, where I take control of USPW, the biggest and most successful wrestling company in the CornellVerse.

This isn't a play-along or watch-along series. Instead, I'll be presenting this in diary form. You'll see matches, segments, stories progressing, and more.

I was literally giggling...!!

I've written diaries on TEW games for over 15 years now... and I've always struggled with the comedic side. I've had the odd funny character, but never been able to actually make people (or me) laugh.

Every storyline tends to be so serious, and about Titles, and rivalries. Sometimes you just want a younger brother to walk down through the crowd and mock his older Uce's.

So my question is... How do you create comedic characters in your saves / diaries?!

I used to love Tatanka... I've heard Chief Jay Strongbow and Wahoo McDaniel were excellent back in the day too...

Could you see this kind of character working in WWE today? And how would you book him or her?

I believe it opens up routes to four thrones, rather than having just one Championship to aim for. Some wrestlers on the roster will want to lead "The Business" stable and replace Rich Money. Some will want to continue Enygma's legacy. Some will believe that Nicky Champion's honour and respectful approach is soft etc.

The four kings are:

Nicky Champion - King of Honour
Enygma - King of Mystery
Rich Money - King of Power
Steve Frehley - King of Destruction

The signings I've made have direct routes to these four thrones, and not all of them will still be Kings by the time Independence Day Slam! comes around in July...!!

Enygma and Money are 46, and winding down... Steve Frehley's aura is waning, after he's getting petty and more sneaky... and while Champion is Champion... and is a 7-time Champion...

He has threats from all sides... including... someone behind him...

I booked these two in Episode 20 of Season 5 of Lucha Underground, and it stole the show.

Would you like to have seen this match happen in real life? And is the Temple the best place for it?

They're responsible for crimes, backstage attacks, and are the current Trios Champions.
