Room too hot, help needed

Room too hot, help needed

My lizards container has been too hot lately even though i have left the ac unit on.

I added a box fan that is pushing the air directly towards him and a plastic bowl of water to cool the air that hits him (left side).

His container is 75.5⁰ at the time of writing.

I am at a near loss for alternatives. Can anyone help me?

Is it necessary to remove the plastic receptical from tetra packs?

I was recently told tetra packs are recyclable. I want to recycle them, but am unsure if theres a right way to.

Would someone be able to tell me if I need to remove the plastic screw mechanism that holds the lid down before recycling it?

In the morning yesterday, I posted about the fact I think I have better luck lucid dreaming when facing down.

I don't know why, but it seems to make it more common.

Yesterday I had an impressive amount of awareness and control (but not complete control) over my dream.

However I am concerned about how that would affect my spine. I read that it is unhealthy because of the poor spine alignment and can cause stiffness throughout the day.

Does anyone know if there is a way to download this more safely?

I was able to fly like I usually am in my lucid dreams, but this time I was actually able to take control.

If you've seen me before, you n probably know that lucid dreaming as a vehicle for AP had allowed me to get as close to success as I've ever gotten, but it was more difficult this time than usual.

I noticed and carefully took control of the dream. I tried to suddenly jump out of my dream like the first time I got close, but nothing happened.

I tried pulling myself up on an imaginary rope, but it disoriented me instead.

I started to feel like I was losing control of the dream and like I could wake up, so I tried to trick my dream into thinking that wasn't happening. There was an entity saying something to me about what I was doing, and I had to trick it into think I wasn't trying or aware.

It was like it was pretending to be me and also trying to AP.

I think I got too nervous but am not sure.

I either woke up or the dream transitioned into a different dream by itself, but I lost most of the awareness.

What can I do differently?

I have been buying these for quite a while. I recently considered the possibility that they are recyclable given the material they are made out of (plastic and what feels like cardboard).

However, there doesn't seem to be any labeling on the package that says weather it is or isn't recyclable.

Does anyone know if they are, and how I can tell?

I have had a number of lucid dreams, all ofnwhich interesting, and things that I would like to try again.

However, this has only happened because I got lucky a few times over the past few years.

I have tried a wealth of different lucid dreaming techniques on several occasions, but have struggled to have consistent results.

Not that I expect to have lucid dreams every night, but right now I encounter them very rarely.

I realize that these things have had varied success, and are more of an assistant than something that just does it for you, but it does sound like they work for some people.

Would anyone be able to recommend anything?

Right now I have my eyes set on the remee sleep mask and the aurora sleep band.
