We had our property listed through a management company. We terminated the contract due to some shady charges to the guests. We will be putting it back on the STR market using VRBO only mostly so we can keep our permit active (minimum 30 days rented in a calendar year). Is the VRBO owners app good enough to do the job or should we use something like Hostex or Guesty?

I want to be able to have a digital welcome guide, email/text templates that can be set up to automatically send at certain times before during and after a stay. As well as a calendar. Anything else we need? TIA

Since taking my first Rift dose yesterday, I have been looking for an app to use. I found GLPzy (I am in no way affiliated with this app) on another subreddit and so far I am enjoying it. Thought I would share in case someone else is looking for an app to track their journey.

I just signed up and am excited to get going on this weight loss journey. I have been reading this sub and many others about terz and finally took the plunge. Looking forward to collaborating with this great group.

Wondering what the best way to go. Do you use packing cubes or vacuum bags for your clothes?
