Did AE stick me with factory seconds?
I recently ordered from the Shoe Bank for the first time. The boots I ordered were not listed as factory seconds. My receipt does not say factory seconds. However my order history for them has a note saying there is a $25 restock fee for factory seconds. Do all orders from the bank say that by default or is AE messing with me? Also, do seconds come with any sort of note or marking designating them as such so I can tell when they arrive?

New to me Sheltons
Ebay pick up. Looked barely worn. Insides say a bit different. I think the soles were sanded which I didn't know was a thing. Still, a lot of life left in them.

Are Chili Leathers all the same color?
Went to the store for my first pair and ended up with a different shoe because the real color looked nothing like the web photo. Now I'm looking at another pair online and noticed the chili leather color varies quite a bit. Are they all the same color in real life? I'm wanting something with a bit of red, close to mahogany.

First pair: Trevor
Got my first AEs today. Went for Walker Verse and walked out with Trevor. Just wanted to say I'm so grateful I was able to walk into an actual store and get top service. Salesman instantly noticed I have a higher ridge on one foot due to a bone spur and how that changes the fit of my shoes and made lots of suggestions so I got the best fit. I could of got similar shoes for cheaper from some online only shoe manufacturer, but I could never get the same service.
