Should I crack this?
Picked this up for what I think is a steal yesterday. Raw value exceeds CGC 8.5. I’m aware the centering is not great.

Random Pickup
Picked this up yesterday. Had no plans on getting it, and by far the cheapest card I picked up, but possibly my favorite of the day. Nice little swirl and some holo bleed that I didn’t notice until after purchase.

Both are PSA 4, which is pretty much identical to MP price. That said, they are both just dirty. Would it make sense at this price point to open both and clean a little bit? Would these do better raw if they were cleaned up?
Edit: they are sequential # certs which could have some to the right person, so just considering that too.

I got back into the hobby mid March when I bought a terrible condition base set Pidgeot for like 10 bucks just for the nostalgia. No plans to go beyond that. Didn’t think much of it, but it triggered something inside me. Now 45 days later, I have 3 base set Charizards, a bunch of other vintage holos and meeting people in mall parking lots for sales or trades at random hours of the day. Been to 3 card show and spend way too much time on FB marketplace. I don’t even use Facebook. Anyone with similar experience? It’s honestly been a ton of fun but hilarious to me how quickly things escalated
