To those who applied at SMB and got to the final interview, do they email you to tell you that they chose other candidates for the role? It’s been a week since my final interview and no news from them. I’m so tired of this. My application took two months and they’d just ghost me after all that. A generic AI generated rejection email would even suffice for me by now.

I’m tired of applying for jobs in general. 7 months since I started applying after graduating and still did not land a job. I wanna give up. 😭

Ganito ba talaga ang waiting time when applying for a position sa San Miguel Brewery? I was initially scheduled for a final interview noong March 30 but was cancelled last minute (like 20 minutes before the time). They have to reschedule it daw after holy week. But until now wala pang schedule, 1 month mahigit na. I emailed the HR already and they informed me that they are still waiting for the final schedule. It’s a panel interview so talagang medyo mahirap i schedule since there are a lot of people involved pero really? 1 month? Eh ilang days nga lang ang pagitan ng HR interview ko at first schedule of final interview. I’m starting to lose my patience and just want to withdraw my application na lang para mawala na ‘tong anxiety ko about this (cuz I’m not even sure if I’ll get the job or I’m just waiting for nothing). I also don’t have pending applications from other companies/organization since pahirapan makakita ng job opportunity here na aligned with my academic background and is entry level (I live in the province).
