Was This the Worst Year for Guaranteed Epic Rewards Yet?

Can someone confirm that we received none of the OP Efootball 2026 cards and only got players from EF 2025, EF 2024, or the watered-down versions of the new cards across free epic campaigns, league rewards and treasure links? Was there even a single un-nerfed Epic/Showtime card from Efootball 2026 up for grabs in any of these campaigns?

If that’s the case, it’s concerning because things were better previously. In your view, what’s the reason other than greed?

Note: I’ve taken couple of breaks from playing during the past year, so I might have missed a campaign or two.

Hamza’s 15 minutes vs New Zealand, A very interesting Striker profile

I am pleasantly surprised by his aerial prowess and physicality for his age. He could evolve into a dependable contributor to the first team squad in future.

[Jordi Cardero] Barcelona Meets Virgili’s Agents to Discuss €7.2M Re-signing; Transfermarkt Values Him at €15M

Jan Virgili 's (19 years old) agents met with Deco , the club's sporting director. Three representatives from Global Ases , the Mallorca player's agency, participated in the meeting: Álvaro Aicua , Isaac García , and former player Nacho Monreal . The meeting concluded after 2 p.m. and lasted almost two hours.

Following Mallorca's relegation, Jan Virgili 's release clause dropped to €12 million. Should Barcelona wish to pursue a transfer, the cost to Barça would be lower, as they retain 40% of his registration rights. Therefore, the price would be around €7.2 million.

Virgili has attracted interest from several clubs, including Betis, although during the final stretch of the season he focused exclusively on trying to secure Mallorca 's survival . It was his first experience in the top flight and it helped him mature. With the arrival of Demichelis as manager of Mallorca, he lost his starting role as the Argentine coach opted for a 4-4-2 formation without true wingers.

The winger from Vilassar de Mar has played in 31 league matches for Mallorca this season , scoring two goals and providing six assists. He started only 11 of those matches, coming off the bench in the rest. In total, he played 1,796 minutes in the league. He also appeared in three Copa del Rey matches , all as a substitute, playing a total of 28 minutes.

FC Barcelona and RCD Mallorca reached an agreement for the transfer of Jan Virgili on August 28, 2025. The Catalan club retained a percentage of any future sale of the winger as well as a right of first refusal, according to the statement issued by the Barcelona club.

Jan signed until 2030 and his release clause was set at €30 million, but with the stipulation that it would drop to €12 million if Mallorca were relegated to the Second Division, as has now happened. Virgili is a Spanish Under-21 international , having played 3 matches and scored 2 goals. He also participated in the last Under-20 World Cup with that team.

Buckle up, the circus is back in town

With Mourinho coming back to Real Madrid, anyone who saw his first stint knows exactly what to expect. For anyone who wasn't around back then, he is nothing like Diego Simeone. They are completely different people. Simeone uses dark arts on the pitch, but he is usually a gracious winner and takes his losses like a man. We saw that clearly when he praised Barcelona recently and also with his reaction after Federico Valverde's famous red card for the last ditch challenge. Mourinho is a complete opposite. He is someone who relies on manipulation the second he stops winning and loves to surround himself with players who will start drama and make the game controversial the moment things aren't going his way. Personally, I believe his all time low came when he poked Tito Vilanova in the eyeball.

As we saw with Pep's famous 'Puta Amo response', Mourinho hates managers he can't rattle easily. He uses every dirty trick to create chaos, pressure the referees, and get inside his and opponents players' heads. He will start throwing personal digs to try and get a reaction out of Flick since he will probably mistake Flick's quiet demeanor for weakness. When the media circus starts, we have to stand behind him and the club more than ever.

If someone think, Vini's gimmicks and theatrics are bad, rest assured Mourinho brings out the worst of the 'dark traits' in his players using his 'us vs the world' mentality. Lets not forget the extreme unnecessary physicality he brings to his team. We all remember his premier league players pushing opponents unnecessarily against sign boards and structures on the side of the pitch. Pepe's brutal stomp on Leo's hand is something that everyone still remembers.

The best way to beat his mind games is to completely ignore them, stick together, trust Flick, and keep the energy entirely focused on supporting the team.
