I really appreciated that beep test in the VPAT - it’s the only endurance running test in a PAT that is like a game
I wanna know if anybody here completed all eight levels of that Bleep
And then also — do you ever get to do it again? I would love the chance to complete the whole thing. I chose to shut it down at the beginning of level seven
I would really like some advice from somebody that can relate to tailbone pain when it comes to sit-ups —- I am sure there must be a good solution with regard to technique or whatever it may be
And I know I cannot be the only one
