Big and Biz are slightly mad they were banned…

…then I explained how much this community loved them - and how quick the Mods helped us…

…and they’re back to being happy!!

I do think we will start an IG this weekend - but - this sub has helped me through SO much from day 1 with Big - you feel like family! I really was sad I couldn’t post (or like/comment on your posts!). I appreciate you all ❤️

I was at my desk when I spotted the tent moving…apparently this is a new game?! 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Back with Big & Biz (finally!)…but they’re holding a bit of a grudge about me being gone since Monday 😭

Another week of travel - thankfully my husband is sending me pics and updates regularly! Miss these two!! But…it’s also been nice not to have to wake up in the middle of the night to let them out! 😬🙌🏻

We made it to day 10 post neuter - and Biz is ready for biz-ness!

The vet said 14 days in the cone and crate - but this guy is energetic even on gabapentin 😬 His incision is fully healed on the outside - and I’m hoping the inside too 🤞🏻

They are both SO happy to play together again!! ❤️

5-7 more days of rest…

23 out of 24 hours Biz is separated. This is a very short moment caught on camera - too funny not to share. These two miss wrestling so much! I can’t wait until they have no boundaries with one another again!!

The gabapentin worked - but I have to work today and can’t just cuddle like I did on the weekend…so I put a blanket in a shoebox and made him my coworker who hangs out on mg desk 😂😂

Biz was neutered, microchipped and got 3 vaccines today!!

What a trooper but he’s home and resting now.

Biggie was a bit sulky without his BFF today - and ever since he’s been home he’s been very gentle - sniffing him every now and again but otherwise leaving him alone.

The vet gave us sedatives for Biz - and wants him crated for 2 weeks 😬 The separation will be hardest for Big I think - he’s going to miss his playmate 😭

I’ve decided to use dinners & lunch as engagement/nose work…it’s been great so far! The boys seem to really like what I’ve been doing - so win? Lunch today was frozen in a toppl with kibble, cottage cheese and a splash of parm!

Breakfast is kibble in a slow feeder - east access bc they’re hungry and ready to eat - but I still want a bit of a challenge!

On another note - Biz is getting neutered on Friday and for some reason my anxiety is kicking in.

He has one strand/gene of von willebrand…so it should be safe. Biggie has 2 strands/genes and the specialist said absolutely no for neutering.

I’m sure it’ll be fine but man. He’s only 3lbs and I’m spiraling….

I’ve been gone for a week - I am traveling home - I asked my family for cute pics of the boys and got these 😍❤️

Can’t wait to get home and cuddle them (and my humans!)!!

They have such different personalities! 😂❤️

You guys. I’m at my wits end after several nights of no sleep and several days of pee/poop in the house even when I’ve just let Biz out 😂

Biggie has gone back to refusing anything with the crate. Biz is peeing/pooping everywhere.

I work full time and need to sleep and also focus in meetings and not watch Biz make full eye contact with me and pee even though he peed 10 min before the meeting started 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

So, I’m trying this big configuration during work so they have to move and play but still not turning my house into a toilet! Then at night I can make it smaller and hopefully Big will sleep in his tent in there without panicking like he does in the crate.

I know many people have said “let them sleep with you” but Biz isn’t potty trained and Big is basically 100% blind. He wakes a ton at night (apparently normal for blind puppies) and wakes me up every time he wakes up. It’s just not an option right now. So I’m trying to get creative ☺️

Biggie has ALWAYS hated his crate. Biz has ALWAYS loved it! Today, a little over a month of owning Biz, Biggie went in and laid down by choice for the first time 🙌🏻🎉

This is HUGE!

Until 2 nights ago Biggie was sleeping in a “tent” (cat bed) in my bed but would wake up 2-3 times a night. It’s exhausting.

For the last 2 nights I’ve put his crate on the bed and he’s slept the entire night - seriously the first time since getting him!! The first night it was close to me - last night it was at the edge (by a wall)….tonight I’m going to attempt it being on the floor next to the bed.

It’d be AMAZING to have him out of the bed at night - and my husband back in!! 😂😂

Anyway. So cool how they’re teaching each other things!!

A busy weekend for the boys - lots of new experiences, sights and sounds. They both did great - but are now tuckered out and have been sleeping most of the day 😂❤️

I adore this dog.

But. In the last few weeks he has found his voice and won’t stop barking 😮‍💨

I’ve tried EVERY distracting, redirecting, giving a quiet command, crate time, everything. He just barks at the top of his lungs!

I work from home and have meetings I need to be able to speak in. I’ve got to figure it out.

Suggestions?? Please help me stay employed! 😂
