The EE sub didn't appreciate my finesse in soldering.

Programming the ESP32 using ESP-IDF for the first time, coming from the Arduino IDE. I cloned a Zigbee Lamp repo on github, and had a lot of Include path's errors. Is it normal to have to go through all my files and manually add every single path? This was so annoying, definitely not built to be a programmer.

Went to go change the remote batteries out with the new ones, and noticed the new batteries weren't turning on the remote. I took out my multimeter, and found that one of the batteries was completely drained, from a brand new pack. First time I've ever seen this.

For those that care, AAA alkaline battery voltage is typically 1.1V to 1.6V, with a nominal voltage of 1.2V. Mine is 0.284V, meaning the battery is super dead.
