Some interesting "analysis" here - what says PFNZ?

Been away for a while, enticed back by the prospect of a vamps rework.

In the meantime - who doesn't need a rework and is a great campaign experience right now?

Hi all!

We are looking at buying a business.

We have bought and sold property, have a professional services business we run, and I am a lawyer myself, but I have no clue about how to go about purchasing an established going concern.

What are they key steps in undertaking proper due diligence? Should my accountant/lawyer do this? A due diligence specialist? What are the key things I should be looking for?

Thank you for any advice team

My wife is starting a Historical Fiction book based on her family. Gift ideas?

My wife is a qualified historian writing a New Zealand fiction book. She's awesome at history but never written creatively before.

Is love to get her something to encourage her writing journey.

Any suggestions for gifts, good books on writing HF or other things you guys have found useful?
