I run a photography art content account on Instagram and have been working almost a year on it. Yesterday I was prompted to add my mobile number to prove I am human on Instagram, I did not want to but provided the number so I could get my account back. When I provided the number my account was instantly restored and I could access it again.

Today, it happened again and I had to upload a selfie verification video. I still don't have access to my account 30 minutes after doing this.

I do engage with content, leaving comments, liking and reposting posts, and putting others posts on my story. I am part of a community and like to interact with it.

If I get my account back, is the solution really just to stop doing this? This is pretty heartbreaking news to be banned for botting when I'm not even doing it...
