BFG GeForce 7300GT D512M - Possible Bad Caps?

Question about the capacitors on an older BFG GeForce 7300GT D512M AGP card,
I have an older BFG GeForce 7300GT D512M AGP graphics card, and I noticed these capacitors on the board. Do they look swollen, damaged, or otherwise suspicious? Or shall I not worry about them? Should I replace them as a precaution, or do they look normal enough that I can safely leave them as they are? As I have purchased this particular Card from Ebay, Also I have not tested this as I do not feel it is best to because of the risk the caps possibly pose, Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I Finally Restored my Early 2000s Era computer,

Hey Everyone, I finally got around Fixing and being able to use my 2003 Windows XP Era Machine from this post "https://www.reddit.com/r/vintagecomputing/s/bzY9Cg6YFr" I Since added 2 Gigabytes of ram from 512 Megabytes, and upgraded its Operating System to Windows 7 Ultimate. Here are its Specifications: Motherboard is the ASUS P4S533-MX Micro ATX, SiS 65 Chipset, Pentium 4 CPU 2.40 Ghz, 2GB Ram, four port SATA Raid storage PCI controller, Wireless-N 200mps PCI wireless PCI Adapter, Windows 7 Ultimate Service pack 1, No graphics or AGP card sadly, basic Integrated Graphics, Also the case is a generic no name,

Drive Bays:

1x DVD Rom drive

1x Compact Disc High Speed Re-writable drive

1x SONY 3.5-inch floppy drive

Storage Drive: Toshiba 80 GB Hdd

On the I/O are:

1x 3.5mm Audio Combo

1x Floppy interface

1x gameport

1x IDE Interface

1x PS/2 Keyboard

1x PS/2 Mouse

1x Parallel

1x RJ-45 LAN

1x S/PDIF

1x Serial

6x USB 2.0 ports

1x VGA

Expansion slots:

1x 1.5V AGP Slot

3x 32-bit PCI Slots

I Did have to Replace the CMOS Battery,

External Devices:

Logitech Internet Navigator Keyboard Y-BE22

Logitech Wheel Mouse M-BJ58

(Hewlett-Packard) HP S2031 20-Inch Diagonal LCD Monitor, and Amazon Basics Speakers (yes I do know these are not exactly Vintage, But These are what I only have for right now, I'm sorry, Older Replacements Pending...) I also have made this post on Reddit, using this exact system and the Mypal68 browser, Correct me If I made any Mistakes on this post. The only reason this System did not turn on before, Is because the ATX PSU died, And I Replaced it with a similar model that works.

Help Identifying an Old 2000s Computer and Power Supply. So

Hey everyone,
I recently, maybe about two months or so ago, got an computer from my Great Aunt that looks like it’s from the early 2000s, and I have a few questions about it.
The power supply is called a “Tigerpro” unit. Does anyone know if there’s a copy or same type of Model of another brand of this exact model or size that I could buy today, preferably with pre-2010 or 2000s-style connectors?
The reason being as I plug the computer into a power source, I flick the computer on and it makes like a quiet but high pitched small hiss that goes away quick, kinda like a Cartoon Character silently falling, and no signs of life after even Pressing and holding the main frontal power button, which may obviously be a Power unit failure, I also tried checking for a CMOs battery, But I could not find one, I can’t figure out what computer case or brand this system originally belonged to. I’ve searched high and low but haven’t found any information. Just for assistance I do believe my Great aunt Bought this in California or near los Angeles.
I’m not very experienced with internal PC components, Especially older models (No Offense to those who are aged and have many stories and many.. "tales" But older knowledge is great knowledge amiright? I do however know that the cpu is a Intel Pentium 4, and It is old enough to have a modem card inside, and Honestly the state of the computer inside is.. Appalling at best, so any guidance would be hugely appreciated.
Also, I’ll admit it’s a bit of a mess inside and out, being more than 20 years old Uncleaned. I Very much Want to get this computer up and running, with any way to do so, I want to preserve this tech, There is dust and a spider web or two, but I believe this computer has probably been sitting unused since 2001 or 2002. Please don’t mind the state of the interior! ,And if you are able to find a power unit compatible for this, I would like to know the website or link to order it, or possible find one the exact or near exact type. I did find a Lookalike computer using google image search, but it, or the website was in Russian, and had no details about the computer, It is the last slide. The 123 power sticker was related to a now bankrupt printing company near Los Angeles. And as-well, Thanks in advance for any help or insight. If I missed anything please feel free to Let me Know.
