Next steps?

Was given an outline of expectations for my onboarding. Did 3 training shifts and had my chief scribe set up a call to tell me that I wasn't reaching expectations and that they wanted to see greater improvement from me. I studied harder and did a ton of practice and my 4th day went well. My trainer was the associate chief scribe and she noted the improvements and gave me a sheet with things to memorize (PDMP meds, helpful dot phrases for epic, etc.) for my next day. It was cordial

It's been a week since then, I expected them to call back to set up my final training to determine if I get hired and nothing has come in. I texted my chief scribe asking for a follow up, told him how I took his feedback seriously and my last shift was much better and that I was looking forward to my last day of training.

It's nearing 24 hours since my last text and I haven't gotten a reply. what should I do? If I did fail floor training, would they formally tell me or do I just, assume that I have since they didn't schedule me for my final training day? What would my next steps be? text again? Text my associate chief scribe? E-mail my Scribe America manager and see if I can switch to outpatient? Give up scribing and find a different source for clinical hours? I'm super lost right now

PSU is making this weird noise

computers making this really weird electric-y vibration kinda noise. it's audible on start up. ramps up a ton during games. and then even when I close pretty much everything (steam, discord, chrome, wallpaper engine, spotify, etc.) it comes back down but doesn't go to even start up levels. it's like putting it under load creates a problem that doesn't get fixed even if i get off the game, but until i do a full reboot. and even then it still sounds electric-y

1st part of the video is start up, 2nd is underload, 3rd is after everything is closed

i've figured out that it's coming from the power supply as it gets louder when i bring my ear down. and somethings i've tried already are opening my pc case and dusting it, and checking if any cables are hitting any fans. i've also put my case on different "ground" to see if the vibrations are coming from a bad leg on a table or the pcs feet are uneven. I've also looked up coil whine and it doesn't sound like that either.
