How can I as a beginner video editor set the right amount of money to charge my client?

i recently became a video editor for a youtuber with 100k+ subs who requested my help a while ago.
things are going well and good but since i am new to these field (as in video editing for other people,i know how to edit and do things) i dont have a good idea of how much i want to charge,so

we ended up on 40$ per video, the videos can be from 20 mins to 50+mins long where the editing is mostly cutting parts from the stream and adding memes or effects to make it entertaining (the price stays the same).
since i am new to this,i have no contact to previous editors or anyone that would be willing enough to share how much i should value myself or if the current rate i am doing is too low or too high or is it even in the right rate (i saw some people charging per hour instead) .i hope someone help me out. thank you for reading

Team Fortress 2 Mod In Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle Game

Hey! My name Is Shrebee and i am the creator of the various Tf2 Mods (LR Red Scout - TUR Red Spy - LR Red Heavy + Red Medic) implemented In Dragon Ball Dokkan Battle.
Not Only Do they have custom Animations but also Custom unique OSTs and special ingame animations and gimmicks and powers resembling their roles in Team Fortress 2.

Not a lot of people know about Tf2 in the Dokkan community so i hopped that spreading my work here in the tf2 reddit page will help me out reach people who would appriciate references and the animations more than other people! please enjoy, these are Heavy and medic full custom animations (my latest playable custom unit so far)
