Converting a specific Instant Pot pressure cooker recipe for stove top pressure cooker questions

I know there's a lot of posts out there asking about the conversions for the instant pot recipe to stove top pressure cooker, but mine didn't work out, so I am asking for help.

The recipe calls for 12 minutes in the Ninja 11-1 Smart Lid multi cooker on high pressure and then letting it rest for 10 minutes before opening.

I heard stove top had a higher psi than instant pot so I cooked it for 10 minutes and then tried to let it rest for 10 minutes, but the little knob at the top was not fully down by 10 minutes, so I couldn't open it. I then waited another 5-10 minutes ish and then it was still not fully down, but I opened it anyways.

The meat turned out overcooked.

Here was the recipe I followed: https://www.instagram.com/reels/DTFrgwnEwaq/

What should I do to prevent the meat from overcooking?

Thanks!

Edit:
Where is the quick release for a stove top pressure cooker?
Mine looks like this https://imgur.com/a/uHXEfaq

Edit 2:
I don't have the manual because this was handed down to me. This seems to be a fissler vitavit royal? from google search (mine has the colorful splots on the body, but the manuals I find say there's supposed to be a 1 setting and a 2 setting... but mine has an R, 1, 2 and 3...

I cooked this soup at the highest setting of 3, because the recipe called for the highest pressure.

I also suppose the manual release mechanism is the same? I just push the button on the handle up?
I'm just worried something might explode if I did the manual release while the pressure indicator was still pretty high up (even after the 10 minutes of natural release).
I was cooking the soup, and when I manually opened it (using the button, I didn't know that was the manual release at the time), it spluttered out. Can I hold a paper towel in the way so it doesn't splutter out?
And is it safe to manually open it with the pressure indicator still high up after 10 minutes?

If I wanted to make a personal music player for both Windows PC and android that syncs playlists data (but uses local files) between what languages should I learn

I'm looking for a cross platform music player app that syncs playlists between PC and android. I've been using spotify for this, but I don't like how the free version can't repeat the same song even if it's local files.

I want the an app that 1) uses local files only 2) syncs playlist data automatically so that if I add a song to a playlist on my PC and I have the same file on my phone, the song is available on the playlist on my phone and is automatically playable (no need to export playlist/re add playlist)

I know a lot of good music players that can use playlist import/export but I haven't found one with these features yet that are free.

What programming language would you recommend if I wanted to build these apps?

I currently only know java and basic python.

Edit:
Thanks for all those that replied!
I see people commenting to sync playlist data only.
Yes, that is exactly what I wanted to do. I use SyncTrazor to sync songs already with the native folder structures. So finding the same songs should not be an issue. (Syncing playlist data should also not be an issue)

I used to use Poweramp to sync playlists, but

  1. Import/Export wasn't automatic
  2. The PC app didn't export/import m3u automatically
  3. I had to write a separate script to convert the m3u's - into /

How to prevent new tabs from opening within a group

I seem to be having a problem opposite to what a lot of people seem to be having.

Whenever I'm on a tab within a group, and I click on "new tab", a new tab forms inside that new group and automatically joins the group I'm in.

I don't want this to happen, and instead, I want the new tab to form outside the group. I'm not sure when this started to happen, but this didn't use to be the case.

I know this is not a new feature, because on my other computer, the new tab appears outside my group, as intended.

How do I make this change so that when I click new tab, the new tab forms outside the group regardless of if I'm on a tab within a group?

Edit: I solved this problem.
I went to flags and disabled "Add new tabs to active tab group"

Buying a heatsink from Ebay. Should I buy new Thermal Putty?

I recently purchased a heatsink off Ebay for my Legion Slim 7 due to fan problems.

I heard thermal putty (And thermal paste) need to be switched with a heatsink replacement, so I purchased a Honeywell PTM7950 for my CPU and GPU chips. (I also heard they were OEM for what Lenovo uses in their laptops)

The heatsink came like it looks in the picture, but I didn't want to trust the thermal paste that was on there so I made the purchase.

But I'm wondering if I also need to replace the thermal putty as well.

Does thermal putty quality make a big difference? I didn't want to unnecessarily spend more money on potentially not-useful parts.

Also on a side-question, would this part be OEM (read the parts descriptions picture), and would the thermal paste/putty be what Lenovo actually uses? (In other words could I trust this?)

Thanks!
