BYB1200 vs FS1600

Honestly, I want to buy once cry once and I'm coming from the worst experience having a Masterbuilt gravity 560 and I've narrowed my choice down to either the BYB1200 or FS1600.
I am going to preface I literally do not need this size of either pellet smoker/grill but I still want one of the two as my choice 😂
Only reason I am considering the FS1600 is because I like the bigger hopper capacity and I love the smoke stack vs rear vents on the BYB1200, additionally, the FS1600 is on sale and I can get it for only ~$150 more than the BYB1200.
Should I just pull the trigger on the FS1600 or save only $150 and go with the BYB1200?

Or maybe someone can sway me into just spending all the money and getting the x-fire pro 825? 😂

Thanks for any help or insight!

Learning to weld

Hello all,

I would absolutely LOVE to learn to weld through self learning and practice at home but need and would greatly appreciate the guidance of the professionals here.

• what welder should I buy to learn welding? Won't be doing this for a living, but I want to be able to do things that will be beneficial for home DIY/repair, I.E. gate repair, custom fab for projects.

• best learning steps? Any particular welding YouTubers, books, is ChatGPT practical to ask/learn from?

• tips and tricks you wish someone could've given you learning from the start?

Honestly any and all guidance would be greatly appreciated. I really hope to get started on learning whether it be knowledge or skill based!

Thank you to all who can help and contribute 🙏🏼🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Was browsing Reddit and came across some posts from this sub and figured I'd drop in on the ego website to see if anything new was in the "coming soon" tab and I couldn't believe what I saw! Finally after this sub has been waiting for what seems like FOREVER, the leaf vac is coming to the US!
Apologies if it's already been posted, but I didn't see anything on here about it yet!
