Hi everybody,
my ingame ping today is double the amount it is usualy. Normaly it is 16, now it is 30 (stable). I can play and it isn't a big deal at all, but I was wondering if that issue is on my side, or because of the server issues today. Anybody got similar observations?

I was wondering why the Voada/Syracus-debuffs don't go away. It shows an hourglass, but I can assure you the numbers didn't changed at all in the last 50 hours of this gameplay (it's about 130 hours now). I basically now play several dozens of hours without both of them, still it doesn't disapear.
edit: have another screenshot where the debuffs are the same, just at the red side because it's a different NPC. Somehow can't add that one.
I guess it's a bug and in the end it doesn't bother me to much (I would have asked here earlier), but...that's not normal, right?
Hey everybody, I got a small question:
Does the vulcano sometimes get's into the rumble/noisy phase..and than doesn't break out?
Because that happened to me and I now also wonder, if that resets the 8-15 hour circle between two outbreaks. Couldn't find anything about that on the internet.

In my momentarily playthrough, which is so far my only playthrough (about 120 hours) I have all 3 "normal" Rivals/NPCs. It's relatively easy to hold at least a defense-pact (can't get alliance because of to many monopolys) with them.
Sooner or later I want to attack or buy-out at least one of them and replace them with one of the advanced Rivals. While "normal/easy" Rivals always ask for things/etc, I wonder what an advanced enemy is doing if he comes into the world and nearly every island is occupied by myself.
Will he, at some point, try to win over my islands because he has no room to expand? I know the AI in this game is cheating and therefore will probably have/get more stuff than normaly possible with just one or two islands.

I am confused. I don't know what the requirements, for him to be "upgraded", are. Can anybody help?
(Solutio Ad Hominem is unlocked/done, but doesn't seem to help at all..?)
The other question:
Does anybody know what the hightest city-level is that you can get? I am at 45.000 people now and was wondering about if there is a maximum. Everything I can find on the internet is ending at 10.
