CCC to UCLA CS Transfer: Missing Higher Level Math Classes and Need the Fastest Path

I’ve been at a California community college for about 2 years with the goal of transferring to UCLA, ideally for Computer Science. The problem is that because of a misunderstanding/miscommunication with counseling, I didn’t realize I was missing several required higher level math courses when setting up my schedule.

I’m now behind on math. I believe I still need courses like higher level calculus/multivariable calculus, linear algebra. My current CCC only offers these math classes in person, and if I take them only through my school, it could add around 3 more semesters before I can transfer.

I’m trying to figure out the fastest legitimate way to complete these missing math requirements without wasting extra time.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Specifically:

  • Can I take these math classes online at another California community college through CVC?
  • Do UCLA/UCs care if the math classes are taken at multiple CCCs, as long as they articulate on ASSIST?
  • Are there any CCCs known for offering online calculus/linear algebra/differential equations frequently?
  • Is there any way to test out, challenge, or get credit by exam for these courses, or do UC transfer requirements usually require actual graded coursework?

I know UCLA CS is very competitive, so I’m not trying to take shortcuts that would hurt my application. I’m mainly trying to find the fastest valid path to finish the required math prep while keeping a strong GPA.

Ideally, I’d like to push through these classes as quickly as possible. I’m especially interested in asynchronous or flexible online sections because my current school only offers the classes in person, and I’m trying to avoid unnecessary scheduling delays.

I’m trying to find the best shortcuts that would not hurt my UCLA transfer chances. I just want to find the fastest path to complete the required math courses. I don't care what I have to do, I just want to complete this as fast as possible.

Any advice from UC transfers, UCLA transfers, CS majors, or CCC students who took math at multiple colleges would help.

Easiest/Fastest Community College

I’m trying to figure out how to find the easiest and fastest community college option for finishing classes or credits, especially if I want mostly online coursework and no proctored tests.

FastTrack Math Courses? i fucked up

I fucked up hard, went to my local CC did every class except my higher level math courses. I'd need another 1-2 years to complete them. I had the idea of applying at another CC that offers the math class equivalent so i can take some in the summer online.

On College Wifi and I cant get any protocol to work. I've tried

Wireguard (443, 80, 51820, 53)
LWO & QUIC
Shadowsocks (443, 80, 53)
UDP-over-TCP (443, 80, 5001)

Weirdly I got Windscribe TCP (443) to work. Weirder, Windscribe on my phone works but only with WStunnel 443 not TCP 443.

I'm only doing this because my school blocks Twitter, every remote desktop tool, and clash of clans! ikik "Just use Windscribe!" but i dont wanna. Mullvad's only $5 and I really respect their business model and principles.
