Did anyone else’s feet make them feel like they did 17 hour work shifts requiring marching nonstop? Am I just that old now? I don’t remember my feet hurting this much at the last expo & I don’t remember doing less or walking around less.
I did feel like I heard more people talk about their feet hurting than last time. Maybe it’s just bc of how I felt. I shifted a lot in line, just left foot right foot, not all the way standing on one the whole time. I felt like I noticed more people doing this too. Sometimes I just flat out sat on the ground in the lines bc I couldn’t handle it anymore. Was it just me? Did anyone make it through the expo without anything causing them pain?
For those still in town, maybe a quick post may or may not help? There’s always the option in mailing. But if you’re free to meet up, why not?
I would say PayPal back each other if you mail (treat it like a sale), if you don’t get it, you can claim you didn’t & at least get money back but PLEASE don’t do that to each other. We as a sub & group have such a good rep on here!
I don’t have too long in Anaheim myself but I’ll try anyway in the comments. Hopefully this helps someone else too, (anyone out there?). Good luck with your trade attempts (please do not use this thread to sell), & here’s to hoping people are still looking at us on this sub & havent gone back to normalcy just yet!

I talked to one of the employees in the walkway after arriving to the HCC. I wanted to make sure we wouldn’t be magically redirected to 2 different areas aka the one we got off of & the other side that was used last expo. Last expo people got re routed to the longest lines possible where over toward the main street there were the shortest lines ever. One night I was sitting at the opposite side of the shuttle entry & still made it to the bus before a lot of folks. We even made it a point to be one of the last few in the center.
Anyhoo, today I clarified with her. First asked if she worked there 2 years ago & I asked are different sides going to redirected to different sides. She said no because last time it was construction & that was literally the only reason for the drop off last expo. Glad to know this stayed true.
If you sat in the 200s main floor, obviously it was a quick hustle to the shuttle. Took 5 min maybe, depending on how fast everyone was walking. How was it leaving the 400 side & top levels? Did everyone remember to get their Oswald cards? I know we came out so soon a ton of people in front didn’t even remember bc they were walking down the middle. Got 2 coffees bc I thought they were different but she gave them to me anyway. Hoping to ease a few minds for the remainder of the 2 HCC’s. Also! Curios if anyone got directed to basement E this morning. That was that first corner/letter you hit at the south shuttles with the stairs.
M&M: 10:10 am-10:40 am - 30 minutes. I like chocolate, pictures & my feet hurt from Disneyland so I got in the first line after passing stores)
Try to get to the front of the ACC after being let in past security if you are there before expo opening. From there, tell multiple cast members and employees that you have an early boarding group because guaranteed half of them will tell you the wrong information. You should be led to the basement no questions asked (by you to me lol) bc that’s where they will let in people from the early boarding groups.
The people waiting outside in line in front of the hall doors are wanting to get to the showroom floor, not shopping bc you should have a ticket or wristband in hand. If you do not, no one knows you’re there to shop & you’ll be in the later groups by accident. Ideally those in the outside doors are the people who came after the early birds, so there’s a chance the basement is full, but make sure first before you just jump in any line.
TLDR;
Sorry I am doing talk to text but if you are in the big mix of people right after security in front of the ACC? and you have an early boarding group, YOU NEED TO BE ANYWHERE BUT THERE & IDEALLY WITH YOUR GROUP IN THE BASEMENT. & with some kind of paper or wristband in hand as proof. Do not be anywhere without that item, if you don’t have it, you’re in the wrong place pre expo opening!
Hi all! Just here to say that the unofficial official line started at 1259 am today at the Grand Plaza. I’m really just here to be a Reddit news reporter before I begrudgingly walk back to my hotel for the night. Line updates after I leave— please use this thread for this morning’s line information***.*** Unless you have a question that needs multiple answers about the line or needs to be seen faster or is unrelated to “how many people are in line?” “What time did you ge there?” please do not use the main page to post otherwise we’ll have 3 million posts of the same thing but different times. No harm but eventually they will be flagged to get redirected here if needed.
First person in line was yours truly (they’re going to let me say me) even though I’m leaving, but when I leave it’s these 2 pretty cool guys that’s starting it for the night. I know people will be upset seeing this, bc there are rules, but for me I’m just updating for the entertainment of it all & so you all know as much as you can. I would walk up to the other entrance (south entrance), but don’t have the strength.
TLDR;
First person in line (haha, me).
But really 2 guys got there before me.
3rd person in line arrived at 1:11. She said last expo, people had started at 10 pm.

1:40 am (I’m not counting my self anymore). 4th person in line.

2:12 heading back to the hotel leaving 10 very nice people behind.
Added at 2:14 am: Some did say each person usually has a group of 5 with them so they clarified that people would be joining them. Again, I know this can upset people but I’m just here for the info.

I was on guardians earlier & was trying to ask if I could sit in the back (after we sat but hadn’t buckled yet). I raised my hand (haha), & tried to ask twice but I often forget my loud voice is everyone else’s talking voice. I tried twice plus 1 quietly worded excuse me’s whenever she checked our row but it didn’t work. The last row was completely empty. The girl next to me said she was sorry lol. I was like no it’s not your fault & I figured the CM had to ignore me to finish her safety checks or I wasn’t talking loud enough.
When I was getting off the ride she handed me this to go back on like a LL. Idk if that means troublesome customer or I’m sorry I couldn’t listen to you or something else 😅. I tried to ask what it was for in case it was one of those “give to angry customers” bc I wasn’t mad or anything so I could give it back but she explained what it was for & I was already nervous so I didn’t try to ask again lol
I say majority bc if it’s time sensitive post or has some other info feel free to use the main page as needed. For things like giveaways (aka the ears when they run out), time of things, lines, special things, when items run out, where they’re at, the goal is to be able to find out about the day easier here!
This will be up as a highlight just for today as well.
If you are not attending D23 day at Disneyland, you can still watch the fireworks for free. You can watch in the “walkway” between the two parks easily. Tonight it was at 935 pm. It’s normally the same time all the time but the app is your best verification to be sure. Then many downtown Disney stores stay open until 11 pm: Sephora, churro cart, Pandora, the one that reminds me of Pacsun, a whoooole lot of them including food places. World of Disney (the primary merch store there & it’s HUGE) will be open until 1 am.
I know some of this is not appealing to everyone, but I’m a night shifter so forcing myself to sleep before 11 will be the hard part for me haha. Personally I’ll probably end up at downtown Disney after the panels especially if I don’t spend all my money at the convention center (wishful thinking).
Even if you cut your night early, you at least have the fireworks. It’s a fun experience! If your hotel is on harbor, the bus gets you to the park for $2 & goes about every 20 minutes. If you’re anywhere near the convention center, you can take the park’s Toy Story shuttle/bus to the Toy Story parking lot. Double pro tip, leave your car or uber behind & also take it to the park if desired. You’ll just walk the span of the parking lot instead of the main strip of road that the bus takes. I’ll drop some photos off in the comments since I’m walking through the parking lot as I write this. The exit by foot will get you directly in front of the convention center.
Hopefully at least one person gets to see the fireworks because of this post! & also of course gets a couple more people a quick/free ride back to your hotel without an uber or driving a car. Disneyland closes at midnight so the buses will be running forreverr. No not forever, but at least til 1 am.
Went to the badge pick up/Q&A area today. I’m not positive this is for all or just some, but I was one who didn’t transfer badges to someone else. They’re all under my name & d23 cannot distinguish which badges has the RSP under.
If I’m remembering correct, you had to know which ones had the RSP but I also have not had all badges under one name before. Does anyone have experience with not transferring badges in the past & getting into their panels okay?
Basically say you sold a badge or split up from your sister at the convention. Only one spot was available for the marvel panel. Currently they cannot verify which badge is the one that will scan in for the single RSP. I’m hoping they’ll have a clearer answer tomorrow I assume with more people coming to ask questions or pick up badges. But this is especially important if YOU are still going to the expo but sold, gave away or are splitting up from your party. You or someone else can have a specific panel they are wanting to go to… but for now d23 cannot say which badge is attached to the RSP, if all of them are, if any of them can be scanned to get the one reservation etc.
