Land Value Doubled from 2025?

Just got my annual changed assessment document and they’re assessing the land value as basically double in 2026 what it was in 2025. Is this consistent across the city? It seems like a pretty extreme increase to me

I'm torn about leaving out Divergent Equation but it feels like overkill with Wisdom of Ages also in the deck. Also a bit concerned about the lack of low-cost removal.
