Sooo just to sum up, I had leukemia as a tween, I'm now 26yo, cancer free but full of chronic pain and mental health issues (Most people don't talk about how bad it is to actually LIVE through cancer as a child and growing up in that body lol 😅)
I absolutely adore crocheting, but I'm looking for cheap ways to relieve me from my neck, back, shoulders, wrists and hands pain ?
I live in France so most meds and physical therapy are free for me but I have to give specific directions to my medical team since we're still finding out why and how my body is always in pain.
Also, since I'm starting my first real job as a nurse aid/caregiver I'll have access to a little more money to invest in the right stuff to take care of my health while crocheting at home and on the go, so... Do you guys have any recommendations on what I should get to continue this die-hard passion I have while not absolutely destroying my whole effin' body? Please 🥺
PS: I know your advice is just that, and does not equate to a professional medical advice, I do have a GP etc but it seems that apart from my psychiatrist and therapist, nobody understands how bad combining pain and daily hours of crochet can get
