Would Ron Swanson's will from Parks and Recreation be executable if it was put into proper paperwork?

LOCATION: Indiana

If, instead of being a poorly written note in his pocket, Ron's will was written on proper legal papers in proper legal language with guidance of an attorney, would it be possible for him to leave his entire estate to who/whatever killed him?

[KCD1] Accidentally killed the chicken in the Rattay archery range

So I was doing an archery competition, right, and occasionally you tend to miss the target in this game because that's just how it goes sometimes, and so I went and stabbed the chicken with my sword, and I ended up winning the competition which was pretty cool

Are there any consequences for this? Does the archery range guy just get a new chicken eventually? Why ~~is~~ was there a chicken there in the first place?

Joke weapon idea: "King" machine rifle

Here me out

It would have about the same ballistic performance as the Prince, firing the same round, and it would shoot significantly faster (though still really slowly), and have higher ammunition capacity, but every other stat would be significantly worse. Way more recoil (manageable when mounted though), way more shot deviation, would take up three weight slots making it only usable on either Soldat or another class with Survivalist, and its main gimmick would be its absolutely goddamn abysmal reliability. If you mine with it equipped, dirt gets into the action and the magazines and it starts jamming constantly and becomes just a worse Prince that occasionally fires twice in a row (which would actually be pretty good since the Prince tends to two shot at closer ranges anyway), if you get injured with it equipped, you bleed all over it, if someone else mines or gets damaged near it, it's same story, any and all explosives nearby completely fuck up the action and you need to start loading rounds one at a time and it just becomes the Prince in single fire mode but with worse everything. Also you only get one or two 20 round magazines and every time you clear a jam you waste a round, unless you have Veteran I guess, which is only possible on Soldat, and you'd have to sacrifice the probably mandatory sidearm which is only available with Survivalist Soldat

Recoil would be so bad that follow-up shots are damn near impossible unless you're at point blank range, in which case the first guy you kill bleeds all over your gun, so it would be pretty much worthless for raiding points, but if you manage to keep it clean and mount the bipod on something, it would be a pretty good gun for making a ~ten degree arc of space really unsafe to exist in

It's possible for a regular foot soldier to be the Temu variant of just about every shock except for Bulwark, and that's what I set out to change

Trying to get my first gaming laptop and I don't know very well where to start

Budget: Under $500 would be fantastic, but I understand how unrealistic that likely is so under $1,000 would still be satisfactory, and I could probably do a little over $1,000 but I'd really prefer not to

Country: USA

Use Case: Gaming (games like Helldivers 2 and RDR2), as well as school stuff, and possibly work at some point in the future but my current work doesn't require a computer

Preferred Specs: anything that can consistently get 30 fps on the above games and similar games, even if the graphics settings need to be minimal to pull it off.

Notes: I'm trying to replace the second worst computer I've had the displeasure of using (the thing has one hundred and twenty eight of God's own megabytes worth of vram just to give you an idea. The fact that it works for gaming at all is witchcraft.), which means my standards as far as performance goes are pretty low, and I already play everything on minimal graphics settings.

I'm not concerned with portability, any laptop is gonna be portable enough for the amount of travelling I do, and I've heard that most gaming laptops are very difficult or impossible to upgrade, so if there's somehow one out there that meets all of the above requirements and can still be upgraded with aftermarket components similarly to how a desktop can, that would be perfect, but not necessary.

I know a decent amount about desktop computers, but I am entirely new to laptops, so if anyone has any advice or tips about things unique to laptops, please do share

TL;DR: I'm looking for something cheap that works okay, other priorities can be sidelined for the sake of those

What is this thing?

When I found it in my bestiary thing, I replayed every level I could have possibly encountered it in and didn't find it, so I'm assuming it's one of those zombies that can spawn in any level really rarely like Free Hugs, but I don't even remember encountering it. Can't find anything in the wiki either.
