The bounty hunter from the future
Another black n white outfit but I like to add a splash of color. Love the new cosmetics from the event wheel. Really makes for a great silhouette on the heavy class. Probably my favorite player card I've made to date
Yo who typed this in the chat yesterday during the Cry for Me breakdown
Medium needs some fundamental changes to the class, not just buffs. Proposing that medium gets changed to really feed into the “utility” play style and gets synergistic gadgets that fundamentally change how other gadgets and classes play.
Medium needs more than just buffs. The issue is that M is not survivable enough on its own and relies on providing support for other classes. However it still is not able to do this well right now. I propose that Embark does an overhaul of the gadgets and specs to have it synergize with other gadgets in the game.
For example, what if you could place other gadgets on the turret to buff it? Throw a glitch mine on it? Now it can glitch enemies that it shoots out. Poison enemies with a gas mine. Throw a zip line on it so that it can move on the zip line and cover a larger area. Make it so you can heal the turret with your heal beam and even overheal it to give it shielding. Combine with the APS so it becomes resistant to explosives and reshapes. Stick a frag grenade to it so that it has the chance to shoot an explosive mortar. Reshape your own turret so it has a chance to turn into any of these. And it doesn’t have to be just the turret. Self synergizing gadgets too. Hoverpad + jump pad and suddenly you can precisely control how you move in the air and can stop mid air. Glitch trap your breach drill and now your breach drill blinds and glitches.
Have Medium gadgets synergize with other gadgets too. Throw a breach drill on top of your Heavy’s C4 so that it blinds enemies when it gets activates. Stick a gas mine on an anti grav cube for a full column of damaging gas. Stick a zip line on a gateway to extend its range. Wanna make gravity vortex actually useful? Throw a jump pad on it so enemies get flown backwards when it’s activated instead of being sucked in. Demat a friendly heavies barricade and your team can pass through it while the enemies can’t.
These are all just ideas. I’m not thinking about balancing right now. But I really think they should play into the utility of medium and make it a TRUE support class. Cause right now all medium can really do is healbeam and jump pad. Have it become the true team binder. It would be a real under taking from a design and implementation perspective but imo it’d be cool to see.
My purple girl got that elite face card💜
Been rocking this fit since S4, no matter how many new fits I make I always come back to this one
Embark when you inevitably nerf the KS, please just revert it back to its pre S11 instead of completely killing it like every other overtuned weapon
My favorite gun is now becoming meta slop😭
It was no doubt strong before but the small buff has made it more common than Shak now. Please just revert it to original 100 damage and don’t completely kill this thing
A minor tweak to the KS-23 that I think would make it slightly more consistent
So I love the KS, and think it’s in a great state. However, I do propose one small change:
Let us ADS while reloading.
Because of how the cycling works, you’re forced out of ADSing while reloading. Other shotguns share this behavior, however, KS-23 is the only shotgun that gains an accuracy buff while ADSing. This makes it so that reloading is punishing not only due to the long cycle animation, but also losing the accuracy and gaining significantly more bloom.
As far as I can tell, this is the only gun in the game that punishes you doubly in this way. The only way to bypass this is to either completely finish the reload cycle or quick melee to stop the cycling. It’s very frustrating to be mid fight, caught reloading, and trying to fire off a shot mid cycle and whiffing due to the bloom.
I think this change would fix a small inconsistency with the weapon without making it too powerful. KS users, curious to hear what you think.

“Sick hungry thirsty” game?
Yall please help. There was a game NL played a few years ago where you have to manage a family surviving a post apocalyptic world in a bunker. It was a choice based game. It was a roguelike survival choice based game and he always said “sick hungry thirsty.” Anyone remember?
What if H+ infuser required a charge up to fire? The longer you charge up, the more healing balls fire out.
So H+ is obviously hard meta. I’ve seen suggestions to nerf it but the issue is most of these suggest a fire rate nerf which I think would kill off the gadget if done too harshly, since the H+ is more about instantaneous healing as opposed to sustained healing which is what the heal beam provides.
So what if you had to charge up the fire button and release it to send out your heals? This would:
- eliminate the Light whipping out their infuser mid fight to just give the Heavy crutch heals. You would be rewarded with preemptive thought into how and when you’re going to heal rather than it be an instantaneous crutch. Would reward good positioning from the light, and you’d still keep the burst healing without it being a crutch.
- reward good tracking. If it’s a charge and release, you will need to track your ally that you’re healing well, since you won’t have the option to stop releasing the heal balls mid-fire after releasing the trigger. So if you want to get a lot of instantaneous healing, you need to think about it before hand and position well while also track your ally mid fight. The mid fight heals are what a lot of people have an issue with.
- also potentially add a lingering sound cue for when you’ve fully charged the H+ and are holding it? This way if a teammate is stealing and the light is just sitting in the corner with the H+ ready to release, at least the enemy team has some intel as to the fact that burst healing is expected and it’s not a total surprise.
I think H+ infuser is a gadget that still has a role in the game but in its current state it feels unfun to play against since there are no cues for it and it feels like a crutch. I think this change would allow it to be in the game in a strong state without it being oppressive and being more skillful.
