Bought game on Amazon, codes that came with the game were already redeemed, and Ubsifot support did nothing.
For Christmas I bought myself Assassin's Creed Shadows through Amazon, because they had a limited edition version that came with codes for the Claws of Awaji and Thrown to the dogs bonus quest, and one for the Sekiryu pack for Naoe. When I finally started playing the game and attempt to redeem the codes, I received a message saying that the codes had already been used. I first tried to reach out to Amazon to get it resolved, but they just asked me to return the game for a refund, or I could send my copy back, and receive a new one, but I didn't want to go that route because I had already put multiple hours into the game. So, they suggested I reach out to Ubisoft support.
My experience with Ubisoft wasn't much better. Ubisoft support initially had me send them proof of purchase with screen shots from Amazon, proof I had the code leaflets, which I did and the case was upgraded. So, I waited, and waited, and waited, and finally nearly three months later I got a response. They asked me to show them proof of my PSN account with PSN ID and email, so I did that. Then they asked me to attempt to redeem the codes through the browser, which I did, and showed them proof that it was already redeemed. Then they asked for a picture of "the front of the CD" and asked for me to attempt to redeem the codes on my console, which I had already attempted, but attempted AGAIN, and sent the picture proof of it not working and of the game disk. Only to then receive a message saying sorry we can give you new codes for Just Dance 2026, asked me to reach out to original seller, and close my ticket. I then reopened the ticket explaining that that was the incorrect game, I had already reached out to Amazon and they told me to contact Ubisoft, and they just sent another message saying sorry you weren't happy with the outcome, but we aren't able to give you new codes. So horrible experience with both Amazon and Ubisoft. Definitely going to give a 1 star review on Amazon, and I'm complaining here but don't expect anything to get resolved lesson learned.
TLDR: Bought Limited Edition AC Shadows from Amazon, Amazon we can refund or replace, but can't give new codes. Didn't want to go that route because already had multiple hours of the game. Contacted Ubisoft Support, jump through hoops, only for them to say we can't give you new codes.
