Problem with multiplayer on official server

Me and a friend of mine are currently trying to play a game (neither of us as ever played the game before) on the official servers but we have a few problems... sometimes when we want to join a strange screen comes up with green text above the name of the faction instead of the normal one and we cannot press "Start Game"... we managed to fix the issue by both joining at the same time and when we did it there was no problem joining for a few times... but then it appeared again and since we want to play an asynchronous joining both at the same time isn't really an option... how can we fix it?

I believe that I found a small error in "A Pound Of Flesh"...

Recently I was reading trough the pages of "A Pound Of Flesh" and I believe that I found (I don't know if it has been already discovered before) a small error. On page 20, "The Ice Box", there are secret tunnels going from the "runaway" to the "canyonhead" and from the "stacks" to "caliban's heart". I believe that the destination of those tunnels are swapped, because on page 24, "Canyonheavy Market" there is a secret tunnel going specifically to "The Stacks" (pag 20) that is a specific area of "The Ice Box", while in "Caliban's Heart" there is a secret tunnel going to "The Ice Box" with no further detail on the area the tunnel leads to. Is my finding correct?
