It only plays south park and re5 but not far cry 3 and mw4 they are really good intact but a little bit scratched only a few small

Heard smth about a security ring

Im mean the outer ring is on every disc of mine and the circle in the inner part if you watch it specifically 0.5 cm away

I bought my xbox 360 on Kleinanzeigen/german Ebay or craigslist whatever. I bought it, he send it to while saying it was perfectly intact even after asking 5 times, it cant read those fckng games.

It reads my limp bizkit cd but not a single fckng game dude, I watched sum vids on YT and someone had the same problem as me: Disc in->reading->open trail..

I came to the conclusion that it was the laser (the guy in the vid had the same problem) is fckd after 14y of using even after I opened it and it was clean asf.

Sum discs are scratched ok but I think not that bad bc I have far cry 3 and its like new and the cd..

Could someone explain me why it can read the cd and not the game, and if I made the right decision
