Anyway to give the advantage of high tech start, or otherwise buff your starting fanatical purifiers(or assimilators)?

Mine keep losing out before I can get anywhere near them, would prefer they become a galactic standard, if not threat, in the galaxy.

Go ahead. I dare you. Have had every one denied for over a year now. Asked for one and complained to my district manager when it was denied again and now im being told im retroactively losing my keyholder position.

The reason they made up was from my reinsertion after medical issues. But when I came back that's not what the DM said, I'd be working the off shifts for other managers.
